Return Policy

There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. To return an item you must notify us first, obtain a return authorization label, and attach it to the package being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be in new sellable condition and be in the factory packaging. No returns after 30 days. Custom or special order items are not returnable. Warranty returns are handled by the manufacturer and are for exchange only.
 

The Ordering Process

Burke's TV Sales Inc. has gone to great lengths to make sure that your transaction with us is a secure transaction and shielded from prying eyes. You should notice a padlock in the system tray of your browser after clicking on an "Order" button and previewing your shopping cart. Likewise when you are through shopping and click on the "Checkout" button all information that is submitted on the Checkout Order Form is securely encrypted.

The process of ordering products is very simple. Beside every part in our catalog is an "Order" Button. By clicking on the "Order" button you are taken to your shopping cart. Once there you should enter any additional quantities for the item being ordered. Take a look at the description to verify this is indeed the product you would like to place an order for. You can delete item quantity or the item itself by clicking on the "delete" button to the left of the product or changing the quantity in the box.  At any time you can check the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the "View Shopping Cart" button. Once you are satisfied with your selections and are ready to purchase the items, click on the "Order Checkout" link in the upper left corner of your shopping cart web page. At that time you will be shown the "Order Checkout" page. Here is where you enter your name, shipping and credit card information.
